Sau del Rosario created these gorgeous dishes for to create a buffet that feels just like dining in M Cafe or Chelsea Market.
In planning this menu, Sau intentionally went for dishes that aren't very typically associated Noche Buena-- so you won't have to scramble for the ingredients that most people will be buying at the supermarket. Even though each dish looks sleek and so professional, it's all quite fuss-free--just like sitting in a cafe and whiling the day away with good food and conversation.

Good food brings people together. Finger food is best suited for all occasions, it is light and people love eating it.The food in this photos looks amazing, I am literally getting hungry right now.
